We accept all major Credit Cards.
Payments are securely processed by Paypal or Stripe.
SHIPPING
We ship products to any address in island of Ireland.
We are not shipping outside the Republic of Ireland at this time.
CARRIER & DELIVERY
All our deliveries are delivered by an DPD, which means normal shipping time is one day from the date of shipment.
All orders received before 12pm, will be shipped that day if the item ordered is in stock.
If your order has not arrived within the suggested time, please don’t worry just contact Customer Service and we will get back to you with an update.
IMPORTANT: Please include your order number on ALL correspondence to ensure prompt service.

In the unlikely event of anything arriving damaged, Please notify Customer Service within 2 working days, so we can advise on return process.

Please do not send us returns without first getting an email authorization from Boost Beauty Solutions, we can not accept returns we know nothing about.
UNWANTED ITEMS
Our on-line store has been created with the assistance of beauty specialists, so that you make the choice of cosmetics that best suit your needs.
However, if you wish to return a product that you have bought, you can do so quickly and easily.
- Please let us know you are unhappy with the product within 5 working days of receiving your order.
- Packaging must be intact and in its original (factory) condition ie as new, unused, unopened and in re-saleable condition.

If you wish to return anything we must receive it within 7 days of our return authorisation being issued. Upon satisfactory receipt we will refund your credit or debit card the relevant amount less shipping and any restocking fee.
If you are returning an item that is either damaged or faulty and we have agreed to its return we will pay for the return postage provided you have only used the lowest cost method of postage available
Boost Beauty Solutions recommends that all returns are sent via a method of recorded delivery in order to ensure safe receipt, using sturdy packaging when returning any item and include your original packing slip.
Unfortunately we cannot be held responsible for any undelivered items and can not issue a refund on items we have not received.
Returned items will be refunded using the same method used to make payment for the order.
